Crystal Pond Road is off Route 9 at the only set of lights between 495 and 85 - there's a big red TED'S sign on the eastbound side (see picture below). So, if you are heading eastbound, and reach 85 or further the Starbuck's, you've gone too far, if you are heading Westbound, and reach Wendy's or 495, you've gone too far, and turnaround.
From either direction on Route 9, turn onto Crystal Pond Rd at the intersection (with lights) where you see the large red Ted's Sign:
And then take the right just before the large PINE sign (only ~100 YARDS past Ted's):
